The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 90 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €1318 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 7 days after departure
Notes
Minimum Age for Guests is 8 years old.
Balance and Security Deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival.
Reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
